MIRI, August 11: An elderly man went to the police here today about a missing refrigerator from his rented house in Jalan Rice Mill.
He believed his estranged wife stole it.
The complaint said he and his wife were in the process of getting a divorce, hence the theft.

Meanwhile, in a separate case, a man in his 40s had lodged a police report against his former brother-in-law, who allegedly threatened to kill him on Friday (Aug 10).
In the 2.30pm incident that is said to have happened in the complainant’s rented room in Krokop here, the suspect came to see the complainant, and an argument soon erupted.
The complainant claimed his former brother-in-law had grabbed his neck, spewed abusive words and threatened to kill him. — DayakDaily
