BALAI RINGIN, April 11: A new health clinic will be built in the Simunjan area, says Balai Ringin assemblyman Datuk Snowdan Lawan.
In a Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) news report, the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts said the Land and Survey Department has already inspected the site for the construction of the new health clinic.
Meanwhile, an allocation of RM45,000 was distributed to the village security and development committee (JKKK) of Kampung Ruan Lama, Kampung Ruan Tengah, and Kampung Ruan Baru with an equal distribution of RM15,000 each.
He said this during the Majlis Berbuka Puasa Program Berambeh Sungkei Serian 2023 at Kampung Ruan on Monday (April 10).
Snowdan also added that he allocated RM3,000 to the Kampung Ruan surau.
In the same programme, ten less fortunate fols received a donation of RM1,000 from the Serian Islamic Welfare Trust Board (Lakis). — DayakDaily
