BAU, Nov 12: DSP Dr Daram Ruer is now the Bau district police chief, taking over from DSP Jawai Francis Kempas.
In a TVS news report today, the handing over of duties ceremony was witnessed by Deputy Sarawak Police Commissioner DCP Datuk Ibrahim Darus at the Bau police headquarters yesterday (Nov 11).
According to Ibrahim, Jawai has shown exceptional performance during his time as the Bau district police chief.
“He also received high praises from residents and community leaders during his service,” he said in the news report.
At the same time, Ibrahim is confident that Daram will be able to helm the post of Bau district police chief given his years of experience on the force.
“Daram also possesses excellent personal discipline, a positive mindset, and a calm personality,” he said. — DayakDaily
