SIBU, Aug 18: A tree-cutting operation along Deshon Road will take place from Aug 20 until 30.
Following this, Sarawak Public Works Department (JKR) has advised road users to be careful when driving through a diversion route along the road.
“Road users are asked to be careful when driving on the provided route because the cutting, pruning, and cleaning of tree trunks are still being carried out, and road users should obey all traffic rules to ensure the safety of all users until the work is finished.
“JKR Sibu Division will inform if there is any change in the date or area involved with these works from time to time,” it said in a notice today.
