MIRI, Nov 28: A man was shocked to discover a three-feet long cobra curled up in the toilet of a church at Tudan Desaras Lorong 5C yesterday.
The church member immediately ran out the toilet and alerted his father and church supervisor after he spotted the reptile at around 9pm.
Three Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) personnel were dispatched to the scene after responding to an emergency call at around 9.02pm. It took them less than 20 minutes to secure the area.
Prior to the discovery, the three individuals were inside the church to make preparations for an upcoming event this Sunday.
No injuries were reported in the incident. — DayakDaily
