KUCHING, Sept 28: Beijing BECA Sci-Tech Co Ltd and Sinopec Engineering Incorporated of China are eager to conduct a geotechnical study on the proposed Petrochemical and Refinery Integrated Project in Lawas once their personnel are allowed to travel to Sarawak.
