KUCHING, April 22: Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sarawak (ACCCIS) members and representatives visited the Head of the State and Premier of Sarawak’s Hari Raya open house today.
In a statement today, the association said their delegation, led by its president Dato Tan Jit kee, visited Premier of Sarawak Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg and his wife Puan Sri Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang’s open house held at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) in the afternoon.
Following that, they went to the Head of the State, Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud and his wife Toh Puan Ragad Kurdi Taib’s open house at Astana Negeri Sarawak in Petra Jaya.
Among those present were deputy president Kong Chiong Ung, vice presidents Datuk Wee Kok Hui and Dato’ Dr Ngu Piew Seng, secretary-general Dato Jonathan Chai, deputy secretary-general Yek Hock Siang, treasurer Yek Nae Shiuan, deputy treasurer Ho Siew Hua, Digital Economy Committee chairman Rodger Chan, and representatives from Kuching Chinese General Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCGCCI), Simanggang Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Bintulu Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Serian Chinese Chamber of Commerce. — DayakDaily
