KUCHING, July 14: A family of three, including a child, was injured in a road accident that occurred at Jalan Bukit Bangunan Sri Aman-Serian on Sunday (July 13).
According to a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), an emergency call was received at 6.20pm, and firefighters from the Sri Aman station were deployed.
Upon arrival, it was noted that the accident involved a Toyota Hilux that had skidded and overturned into a roadside ditch.
The three victims, who all sustained minor injuries, were assisted out of the vehicle by the public.
Two of the victims, a woman and a child, were given initial treatment by the firefighters before being handed over to the emergency medical response team (EMRS) to be sent to Sri Aman II Hospital for treatment. — DayakDaily
