KUCHING, April 17: Fans of the hit Netflix series ‘Bridgerton’ can look forward to a magical evening of music and elegance as a string quartet recital inspired by the show’s iconic soundtrack will take centre stage at Chemsain Auditorium in Jalan Rock here on May 24, 2025.
Titled ‘Bridgerton | A String Quartet Recital’, the event promises to transport audiences into the opulent world of Regency-era high society with classical renditions of popular contemporary songs, much like the orchestral covers featured in the series.
Organised by The Band Lab, the concert will begin at 8pm, with doors opening at 7pm. Tickets are priced from RM85 and can be purchased via Ticket2u at http://t2u.asia/e/42055.
Attendees can expect a unique blend of timeless elegance and modern musical flair, presented in an intimate setting designed to reflect the romantic aesthetic of the Bridgerton series.

The core quartet will feature Jonathan Ng (Violin 1), Kiew Zheng Wei (Violin 2), William Ting (Viola), and Darren Chin (Cello). They will be joined by fellow musicians from The Strings Lab, including Anthony Wong (Viola), Joshua Lau (Cello), and Ong Jing Mian (Double Bass).
Adding a graceful visual element to the recital, dancers from the Iris School of Ballet will perform alongside the musicians, offering a captivating combination of movement and melody.
