KUCHING, Feb 18: A man who is suspected to be involved in a murder at Batu Kawah area early yesterday morning was arrested by the police at a house at Jalan Arang this morning.
The arrest was made around 10.30am after police personnel who were patrolling the area received information from IPD Padawan regarding the murder suspect.
Upon reaching the scene, police spotted the suspect’s vehicle parked outside the house and managed to get the suspect to come out in order for the police to identify them.
After a postive identification, the suspect was immediately arrested. An accomplice who was with him at the house was also taken into custody.
The suspects were later brought to the police station and further investigations are being carried out. — DayakDaily
