Bantuan Keluarga Malaysia (BKM) initiative to open for registration on first and last weekends of January

Information on the opening date and operating hours of BKM counter.

KUCHING, Jan 6: Bantuan Keluarga Malaysia (BKM) initiative opens for registration at Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) branch offices, satellite offices, service Centers and Urban Transformation Centers nationwide (UTC) on first and last weekends of this month (January).

According to Malaysian National News Agency’s (Bernama) report today, for Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor, registration for BKM can be applied on Jan 7,8, 28 and 29, 2022, while for other states, and Sarawak and Sabah, the registration is open on Jan 8, 9, 29 and 30, 2022.

LHDN also encouraged applicants to register themselves online through official BKM at https://bkm.hasil.gov.my/ to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission.


For applicants who wish to come to LHDN premises, they are advised to comply with the Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and National Security Council (MKN).
