KUCHING – The Native Court resolved 3,312 customs violation related cases out of 5,714 cases received up to March this year.
Native Laws and Customs Assistant Minister Datuk John Sikie Tayai in replying to Martin Ben (N22-Kedup) also said for Civil Claims related cases, the court resolved 1,240 cases out of 3,097 cases received.
The court also approved 264 Bumiputera applications out of 1,204 applications received.
