ROME, Sept 25: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg is expected to share about Sarawak’s aspiration and journey towards digitalisation in his keynote address at the Immersive Learning Summit held in Bologna, north of here, this morning.

The summit is organised by EON Reality, a multinational virtual reality and augmented reality software developer founded in 1999 and headquartered in Irvine, California.

According to a media release today, the Chief Minister’s address shall dwell on Sarawak’s focus on human capital development, creation of opportunities in a digital economic environment since he took over as Chief Minister, and the vision for Sarawak towards 2030.

Abang Johari, who led an entourage from Sarawak, arrived in Italy on Sunday (Sept 22) for a working visit.

While here, he took time off to call on Malaysia’s Ambassador to Italy Dato Abdul Malik Melvin Castellino at the Malaysian Embassy.
