SERIAN, Sept 23: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg paid his last respects to the late Datuk Frederick Bayoi Manggie at the latter’s residence in Jalan Kampung Pasir, Kuching-Serian by-Pass here.
Bayoi, who was a former Kedup assemblyman died on Monday at the age of 77.
He was a member of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) for 34 years before resigning in Jan 2016.
Also present to pay their last respects were Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, Minister of Education, Science and Technological Research Datuk Seri Michael Manyin Jawong and Assistant Minister of Modernisation of Agriculture, Native Land and Regional Development Datuk Roland Sagah Wee Inn. — DayakDaily
