KUCHING, April 6: Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap Yau Sin recently distributed boxes of dried dates to 70 Kota Sentosa Ramadan Bazaar vendors while also taking the opportunity to chat with them.
Yap was accompanied by the new Padawan Municipal Council chairman Tan Khai, his deputy Abang Ismawi Abang Ali and Kapitan Lee Tho Hong.
According to a news report by Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), during their visit to the bazaar, they spoke to the vendors to get feedback on any issue or problem the vendors have encountered at the Ramadan bazaar.
Yap and his entourage also greeted and welcomed visitors patronising the Ramadan bazaar.
Kota Sentosa Ramadan Bazaar is a one-stop Ramadan bazaar for members of the public to patronise and buy their choice of savoury dishes, cakes, puddings, and drinks for breaking fast in the holy month of Ramadan. — DayakDaily
