MIRI, July 5: Six people were injured when two vehicles collided at Jalan Bulan Sabit here on Wednesday night.
When medical personnel from Miri Hospital arrived at about 7.30pm, three victims were spotted lying on the middle of the road and the other three were inside one of the badly damaged vehicles.
Police and eight firemen from Lopeng Fire Station were also deployed to the scene.
All the victims were later taken to Miri Hospital.
The cause of the accident has yet to be ascertained, but DayakDaily was told that the police also used a drone to facilitate their probe. It is understood that they have been using this tool to investigate road accidents for the past three months.
