KUCHING, June 25: Three out of four deaths due to Covid-19 today were reported to be brought-in-dead (BID) cases.
According to the reports by the State Disaster Management Committee (SDMC), the three victims, two in Miri and one in Kapit, had already passed away when they were brought into the hospitals.
The female in Kapit was 39-years-old and had cancer. The other two in Miri involved males of ages 54 and 66, and both of them had medical histories of comorbidities such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and gout.
The fourth death of the day, also fatality number 394, was an 80-year-old male from Kuching who had been suffering from hypertension, dyslipidemia and heart diseases.
With four new cases of death reported today, Sarawak’s Covid-19 death toll now stands at 396. — DayakDaily
