312 Boys’ Brigade Sarawak members undergo intensive leadership training in Bintulu

KUCHING, April 15: The future looks bright for Boys’ Brigade Sarawak in Bintulu as 312 members of Boys’ Brigade Sarawak recently participated in Basic and Advanced NCO leadership training at SJK Sebiew Chinese.

According to a press release, the intensive programme, which ran from April 10 to April 13, was more than just honing skills as it was also about shaping future leaders.


Honorary captain Sim Tze Sian stated: “Through this intensive training, we aim to arm our youth with the arsenal needed not only within the Boys’ Brigade but also in their future exploits. Communication, cooperation, and self-discipline are the bedrock of leadership triumphs.”

The training included activities and workshops to amplify communication prowess and foster seamless integration among participants, with the goal of forging a collective spirit of excellence and readiness for leadership positions.

Participants, united by diversity and driven by a common vision, pushed beyond their comfort zones to realise their full potential and chart a course for a better future.
