3 vehicles hit by uprooted tree amid windstorm at Wisma Persekutuan parking lot

BINTULU, Oct 29: Three vehicles were damaged by a fallen tree during a severe windstorm in the parking lot of Wisma Persekutuan this morning.

The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Bintulu received an emergency alert at 10.38am and immediately dispatched a team of firefighters to the scene.

Upon arrival, they discovered that an uprooted tree had smashed into and damaged several cars.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.

Firefighters quickly got to work, cutting up the tree and clearing away the debris. — DayakDaily
