BINTULU, Aug 2: A 20-year-old man was found dead in an apparent suicide at Jalan Tanjong Kidurong, here, yesterday.
According to Bintulu police chief Supt Zulkipli Suhaili, the department received a distressed call following the discovery of the body nearby an apartment building at 3.44pm.
Police personnel were immediately dispatched to the scene.
“There was an eyewitness who saw a man jumping out from the 12th floor of the building and spotted the body. Initial investigation revealed that no foul play was involved,” he said.
The body has been taken to Bintulu Hospital for a post mortem.
The police has classified the case as sudden death. — DayakDaily
