KUCHING, Nov 6: A 28-year-old man was fined RM2,000, in default four months’ jail, by the Magistrate’s Court here today for possession of dangerous drugs.
Accused Mohd Zulhafiz, from Kampung Landeh, was charged with possessing 0.10 grams of Methamphetamine on Oct 27, 2018, at about 1pm behind a Landeh shophouse.
He, thereby, committed an offence under Section 12(2) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and punishable under 12(3) of the same Act. — DayakDaily
