SIMUNJAN, Dec 12: A 29-year-old woman from Kampung Tanjung Pisang in Simunjan was reported missing and feared drowned after being last seen at Sungai Batang Sadong jetty.
State Fire and Rescue department (Bomba) operation center said that they received the call regarding the incident at 8.50 am today.
“The complainant informed that the victim was last seen when taking out the garbage to Sungai Batang Sadong jetty,” the statement said.
Acting on the call, four firefighters led by PBK II Trajudin Mail was deployed to the location to confirm the report and also monitor the situation. —DayakDaily.
