SIBU, April 15: The wet and dry markets in Sibu Jaya will remain open unless Covid-19 positive cases are detected.
Sibu Rural District Council deputy chairman, Wong Ching Yong in a statement today said once a positive case is detected, they will close the market in line with the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operating hours for the various markets in Sibu Jaya are as follows:
Wet & Dry Market (6am – 2pm)
Pasar Ria (6am – 2pm)
Food Court at Market (7am – 6pm)
The Pasar Tamu, Medan Gerai Buah and Night Market at Sibujaya are still closed. — DayakDaily
