KUCHING, Feb 19: The Unit For Other Religions (Unifor) Sarawak today, presented a total of RM660,00 to churches and a temple in Telang Usan constituency.
According to Unifor in a press statement today, the aid is either for construction or renovation purposes.
Seven churches, a religious retreat centre, a theological school, as well as a Chinese temple were the recipients of the funds.
The cheques were presented by Minister in Charge of Unifor, Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah, to Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau, at his office. –DayakDaily.
