Uggah facilitates allocation of RM150,000 for construction of I-Beam bridge project in Kebun Udau, Anyut

KUCHING, Oct 13: Bukit Saban assemblyman Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah has allocated a total of RM150,000 for the construction of an I-Beam bridge project in Kebun Udau, Anyut in Spaoh.

According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas) today, the project, which is under the Bukit Saban Rural Transformation Programme (RTP), will be implement over a period of 24 weeks starting Sept 27, 2021.

The Public Works Department (JKR) in Betong has been appointed as the implementing agency for the project, and construction work will be undertaken by D’TG Enterprise as the contractor.

Yesterday (Oct 12), JKR Betong divison handed over the project site to the contractors, witnessed by Tr Judin Enggu.

During the ceremony, Judin also conveyed his appreciation to the government for implementing the RTP project.

He added the project would help to connect the road access network to local farms. — DayakDaily
