TYT’s 87th birthday celebration: Oct 14 remains public holiday, programmes postponed

KUCHING, Oct 10: All main programmes organised in conjunction with the 87th birthday celebration of the Sarawak TYT scheduled from Oct 13–15 have been postponed to a later date.

This was disclosed by Sarawak State Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki in a notice to announce the matter.

However, he said that the TYT’s birthday remains gazetted on Oct 14, which has been declared a public holiday for Sarawak. — DayakDaily
