MIRI, July 18: A woman was amongst three people detained under citizen’s arrest on Tuesday afternoon for attempting to break into a house in Tudan.
The trio was detained by members of the Pujut Resident Committee (RC Pujut)
Prior to confronting the suspects, the RC Pujut team was conducting its daily patrol in the area when one of the team members spotted the suspects climbing over the house’s gate, while the other two were waiting outside.
Upon searching the suspects, the team found a bag containing house break-in tools.
The RC Pujut team took photos of the suspects before handing them over to the police for further action. — DayakDaily
