KUCHING, Aug 9: A baby crocodile was caught after it was sighted at No. 60 Lorong 8B Kuching City Mall today.
In a report, the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) received a call about the incident at 10.04am, and firefighters from the Kota Sentosa station were deployed.
Upon arrival, it was noted that the baby crocodile was in the drain in front of the complainant’s house, and firefighters proceeded to carry out an operation to capture the creature.
Once captured, the baby crocodile was then brought back to the station to be handed over to the Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC).
The operation ended at 10.35am. — DayakDaily
