Thunderstorm warnings for Beluru, Telang Usan, Marudi, Limbang in notice valid until 6pm (July 16)

KUCHING, July 16: Beluru, Telang Usan, Marudi, and Limbang have been issued thunderstorm warnings.

This was stated in a Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) advisory notice issued at 3.05pm today and valid until 6pm.

A warning is issued when there are signs of a thunderstorm with rain intensity exceeding 20 mm/hour that is close to or expected to occur for more than an hour.
