Three houses razed in Kampung Lusut Jaya, Miri

KUCHING, May 10: Three houses were destroyed in a fire at Kampung Lusut Jaya in Miri yesterday.

According to the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department, the fire broke out at around 11.39pm and no casualty was reported in the incident.

“None of the tenants of the three houses were at home when the incident happened and the firefighters managed to put out the fire at around 12.59 am.

“All the three houses were razed completely and it was lucky that no one was injured in the incident,” the department said. — DayakDaily
