KUCHING, July 12: The Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak has announced temporary half-road closures along Jalan Batang Mukah and Jalan Sg Buluh heading towards Bintulu from July 13 to 27 for road regulating and resurfacing works.
In a statement today, JKR Sarawak advised road users to exercise caution when passing through the affected areas and to follow the provided safety signs.
Additionally, there will be a temporary half-road closure along Jalan Lapangan Terbang Baru Sibu from July 14 to 24 for repair works.
This closure will be in effect from 8pm to 5am to facilitate road top-up and resurfacing activities.
The department similarly advises road users to be careful when passing through the affected sections and to adhere to safety guidelines.
