Temporary one lane closure at Intan roundabout from July 12 to Aug 13

KUCHING, July 13: There will be a temporary one lane closure at Kuching-Smarahan Expressway Traffic Light junction (Intan roundabout) from July 12 to Aug 13.

Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak in a statement today said the 33-day closure is to make way for repair and upgrading road surface works along the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway.

“The temporary closure will from 9pm until 4am (Monday–Sunday), and 9am to 4pm (Saturday and Sunday),” it said.

The department also advised road users to be careful passing through the affected road during the work period and follow all traffic signs provided.

It added that JKR Samarahan division will provide updates if there are any changes to the affected area and time.
