Temporary closure of two-lane road along Jalan Selirik in Kapit from Nov 20 until Jan 20, 2024

JKRS2 — The temporary road closure will be implemented along the road stretch marked in red.

KUCHING, Nov 16: a two-lane road stretch along Jalan Selirik in Kapit will be temporarily closed from Nov 20 until January 20, 2024.

Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak in a statement said the closure is to allow for slope repair works by PPES Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd.

As such, the department advised road users to use alternative routes and follow the safety signs including traffic management during the work period.

Any changes involving date, time and area affected will be disclosed by JKR Kapit division.
