Tebedu rep facilitates RM210,000 allocation for the construction of SK Daha Kisau multipurpose hall

KUCHING, Feb 14: Tebedu assemblyman Dr Simon Sinang Bada facilitated the approval of RM210,000 in Minor Rural Project (MRP) funds for the construction of SK Daha Kisau’s multipurpose hall.

According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas) today, Dr Simon said he will continue to provide infrastructure development needed as well as strengthen the education agenda for the constituency as listed in his 12th Sarawak State Election manifesto.

He said the RTP funding request was approved to ensure proper education for the local community as part of efforts to assist them to get out of poverty.

Dr Simon also announced that he will be channelling MRP allocations to the Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG) and Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) in Tebedu constituency this year.

The MRP grant for the construction of the multipurpose hall was handed over by Dr Simon to the SK Daha Kisau management during the school PIBG’s annual general meeting held on Sunday (Feb 13). — DayakDaily
