MIRI, July 19: Police on Wednesday arrested a man suspected to involved in a house break-in in Desa Murni.
The alleged crime reportedly happened around 7.30am.
Following a police report lodged by the victim, police mounted a search for the suspect.
According to sources, one of the complainant’s children had spotted the suspect inside a room ransacking their belongings before the latter fled the scene via the toilet’s ceiling.
The suspect was arrested around 3.30pm and was brought to Miri central police station (CPS) for investigation. — DayakDaily
