“He (See) is not a SUPP member, but we are currently working closely with him to ensure the people of Batu Lintang constituency are not left behind in enjoying the benefits of development.

“Our cooperation has been fruitful, and I can say that we are satisfied with the working relationship so far,” he told reporters after officiating the ‘A Beary Joyful Christmas Tour’ event at The Spring shopping mall yesteday(Dec 6).

Dr Sim, who is also the Deputy Premier, emphasised in several local news reports that the party remains focused on achieving Sarawak’s major development goals by 2030, with inclusivity as a cornerstone of their strategy.

“We do not want to leave anyone behind, and what is important is that nowadays, we do not hear people talking hot air anymore,” he remarked.

Speculation surrounding See’s political future was fueled by a photo shared on Dr Sim’s Facebook page in November.
