KUCHING, Aug 12: Starbucks and New Era have teamed up to launch a limited-edition collection that celebrates individuality, style, and coffee this summer.

In a statement today, Starbucks said the collaboration blends two cultures to bring out bold attitudes and unique stories, elevating the daily cup of coffee into a moment of fashionable self-expression.

It also highlighted this designer collection is where sophistication meets spontaneity, and it was inspired by Starbucks and New Era’s shared values of individuality and authenticity.

“Featuring sleek monogram designs, this vibrant lineup of Starbucks® drinkware and lifestyle merchandise items boldly elevates self-confidence, inviting customers to define a style unmistakably theirs,” it further revealed.

It disclosed that The Starbucks® x New Era collection is a collaboration between two brands that share a commitment to individuality and authenticity.

“The collection celebrates each individual’s unique story by providing a platform for sharing, amplifying, and celebrating their individuality.”

It also called out coffee and fashion lovers in Malaysia to deck out the collection’s eight drinkware items and eight lifestyle accessories, such as New Era’s signature 59FIFTY, 9FORTY and BUCKET headwear, tote bags, and crossbody bags while sipping their coffee in style.

“With its timeless and sleek design in neutral earth tones, khaki, and black, this collection boosts self-confidence and infuses positivity, bringing fresh energy to streetwear lovers and creating moments of delight in their everyday lives,” it opined.

Starbucks Malaysia Head of PR & Communications Alai Emira Ismail said they are proud to partner with New Era.

“By blending New Era’s vibrant and buzzing streetwear style with Starbucks’s mission to forge genuine human connections, this collection aims to bring out bold attitudes and unique stories for customers in Malaysia, elevating their daily cup of coffee into a moment of fashionable self-expression,” she said.

Fans and fashion lovers can look forward to this limited-edition collection from August 13 onwards. The Starbucks® x New Era collection will be available at all Starbucks® stores across Malaysia while supplies last.
