Sleepy mother, daughter startled by cobra in living room

The three-meter long cobra that is caught.

MIRI, Aug 11:  A mother and a daughter who were about to take a nap were no more sleepy after spotting a cobra slithering in their living room. 

According to the woman’s 33 year-old husband, his wife and their daughter were about to take their afternoon nap in the living room at 1.30 pm today when they spotted the snake.


Both were fortunate as they came out unharmed in the gruesome incident.

Three Miri Civil Defence force (APM) rushed to the house located at Jalan Airport here after responded to an alert at 1.48pm.

It took them less than 20 minutes to catch the venomous cobra which was three-meter long. — DayakDaily
