KUCHING, April 8: The educators at Sekolah Kebangsaan Semerah Padi in Petra Jaya here have taken proactive measures to ensure the well-being of their students amidst the current heatwave.
According to a TikTok video shared by Malaysia Tribune, teachers were observed fastening and interconnecting black canvas sheets to establish shaded zones within the school compound.
This simple method can alleviate the sensation of heat, shielding students from the blistering sun rays and reducing their exposure to intense heat.
The TikTok video has garnered considerable attention, with 68.9 likes, 1,181 comments, and 1,576 shares to date.
