KUCHING, Oct 2: Serembu assemblyman Miro Simuh is hoping the weather will be kind and good so all visitors can have an enjoyable and excellent time at the Siniawan Country Music Festival 2019 this weekend (Oct 4-5).
Everyone is invited to come along and join in the festivities which are expected to welcome 15,000 festival goers this year.
The festival returns for its fourth edition with the theme ‘Wild, Wild West’ and will feature 12 performing acts from Kuching, Miri, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Singapore.
Miro, who is the festival advisor, emphasised that the festival also aims to highlight the rich historical heritage of Siniawan and its surrounding areas.
Sarawak, he added, is a very unique place where everyone, regardless of race and religion, can enjoy themselves together.
The organiser promised the festival will be bursting with positive energy, an upbeat atmosphere, live music, plenty of good food and awesome culture. — DayakDaily
