KUCHING, Oct 29: Simunjan assemblyman Awla Dris hands over three infrastructure project site for Simunjan constituency worth a total of RM926,120.85 to contractors today.
According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, all these project were under the allocation from Integrated Regional Samarahan Development Agency (IRSDA).
The first project, the Proposed Construction of Tanjung Kelaso Asajaya Plantation Road, worth RM389,123 will be implemented by Nurhadiee Enterprise, and expected to be completed on Feb 28, 2022.
This project involves the construction of a new 1,100 meter farm road with seven lanes in Kampung Tanjung Kelaso and Kampung Rangkang, including the construction of the road culvert.
The second project, which is the Proposed Repair works for Jalan Ladang Sungai Pega in Kampung Ensengai Iban in Simunjan, worth RM126,336, will be implemented by Farneydza Corporation. This project includes the repair works for 1,200 meter of farm road, as well as drainage cleaning works.
For the third project, involving the Proposal to Build a Bund Ring on the Banks of Batang Sadong river along Kampung Sungai Sabun, worth RM410,661.85, will be undertaken by Syarikat Sinaran Enterprise.
The work scope for the project includes constructing a new 1,750 meter long Bund Ring and the construction of two unit of 1.5 meter in diameter of HDPE culvert, together with the water gate. — DayakDaily.
