SIBU, June 14: Sibu Hospital is opening a Covid-19 vaccination registration counter for its Specialist Clinic’s outpatients of aged 18 and above on June 16 and 17.
Deputy director Dr Rachel Teng, in a statement today, said these outpatients can register for the vaccine from 8am to12 noon and from 2pm to 3.30pm on that two days.
“Patients who have registered under Sibu Hospital will be given a slot within at least a month’s time and they will be notified via MySejahtera and private phone calls by Sibu Hospital Vaccination Team,” she said.
Dr Teng, however, said that the registration is strictly for patients on follow-up treatment under Sibu Hospital Specialist Clinic only.
Intended recipients, she said must bring their identity card and yellow appointment card/book  to counter 34 for registration purposes. — DayakDaily
