KUCHING, Aug 22: Sarawak Public Works Department (JKR) has announced a temporary closure of the Sg Tubau Bridge located on Jalan Jelangong Kanan, Tubau, Sebauh, Bintulu.
According to the notice, the closure will take place from Aug 23 to Sept 3, 2024, between the hours of 7pm and 5am daily.
The specific location of the closure is at KM 1 + 800 from the junction of Jalan Bintulu-Bakun towards Jalan Jelangong Kanan.
JKR Sarawak stated that the closure is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance work on the Sg Tubau Bridge, ensuring the safety and reliability of the infrastructure.
