Selangor Sultan, Crown Prince visit Bishop’s House in Kuching

KUCHING, Nov 7: The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Al-Haj, visited the Bishop’s House at Jalan McDougall yesterday (Nov 6).

His Royal Highness was accompanied by the Crown Prince of Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah.

During the visit, the two royals met with the Bishop of the Anglican Church in Sarawak and Brunei, Rt Revd Datuk Danald Jute.

Through a post on Facebook, Danald expressed appreciation to have received the sultan’s presence, who was in Sarawak for a working visit.

“An added cream (sic) to the wonderful visit was the fact that both HRH the Sultan and the Crown Prince enjoyed the ‘lapung’ or ‘penganan’ lovingly made by my sister,” he said in his post.
