TRIPPING OF 275KV TRANSMISSION LINES TO MAMBONG
KUCHING, Nov: The power outage which hit parts of Kuching at about 11.08am today was caused by tripping of the 275kV transmission lines to Mambong substation.
According to a press statement from Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB), supply was restored to some affected areas within minutes with full restoration by 11:33hrs.
SEB apologised for the inconvenience caused to all affected customers, and is investigating the cause of the tripping incident. — DayakDaily
