KUCHING, Sept 21: A search and rescue (SAR) operation is underway for an Indonesian man who is feared to have drowned near Kampung Penasu in Daro today.
In a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call was received at 11.15am today, and firefighters from the Daro station were deployed.

The victim, known as Randi, is 22 years old and works at a water treatment plant as a construction worker. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and a pair of black pants.
Authorities were told that the victim fell from the jetty while working on its construction at about 10.45am.
Villagers and police mounted a search, which continued until 5pm before being postponed.
