KUCHING, May 13: A search operation has been launched for a missing 32-year-old man reported to have been attacked by a crocodile in Sri Aman.
According to a report from Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre, they received a call from the Sri Aman district police station at 7.30pm on May 12 about the incident.

Based on the information received, the victim together with three friends went fishing in Sungai Semeruang, Pantu, before the incident occurred.
The operation commander from Bomba Sri Aman decided to commence search operations today because it was almost dark when search personnel were deployed to the location yesterday. — DayakDaily
