SCCI assures support for Sarawak’s pursuit to achieve high-income status by 2030

KUCHING, June 17: Sarawak Chamber Of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has assured its support to the Sarawak government’s objective of making Sarawak a high-income and developed State by 2030, said SCCI president Datuk Abang Abdul Karim Tun Openg.

“SCCI also will continue to respond and assist the State government’s Post Covid-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030,” he said in a statement today.

Abang Abdul Karim said this following SCCI’s 71st Annual General Meeting 2022, held in a hybrid format on Thursday (June 16) at a local hotel in Kuching.

Some of the SCCI members attended the AGM virtually.

Abang Abdul Karim also expressed gratitude to SCCI members for their continuous support.
