KUCHING, June 17: Sarawak Chamber Of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has assured its support to the Sarawak government’s objective of making Sarawak a high-income and developed State by 2030, said SCCI president Datuk Abang Abdul Karim Tun Openg.

“SCCI also will continue to respond and assist the State government’s Post Covid-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030,” he said in a statement today.

Abang Abdul Karim said this following SCCI’s 71st Annual General Meeting 2022, held in a hybrid format on Thursday (June 16) at a local hotel in Kuching.

Some of the SCCI members attended the AGM virtually.

Abang Abdul Karim also expressed gratitude to SCCI members for their continuous support.

“I hope that SCCI will continue championing the local business community and serving its members for many years to come,” he added. — DayakDaily
