KUCHING, Feb 19: Kuching South City Council’s (MBKS) ‘Say No to Plastic Straw’ poster design competition is open to all Kuching primary school students.

She said entry forms would be available for download on the MBKS official website, and participants won’t have to pay a fee.

“The poster has to be A4-sized, and participants are allowed to use colour pencils, watercolour or crayons for their poster designs.

“It will be a good activity for the kids seeing that primary school students will be on school holiday after two weeks,” she said during MBKS mayor Dato Wee Hong Seng’s Facebook live session today.

In terms of prizes, Yong said the first prize will win RM250, the second prize RM200, and the third prize RM150.
