She thanked him and the ministry for believing in her talent and for empowering young Sarawakians to pursue their dreams.

“This incredible support, including covering my expenses to Italy, has lifted a huge burden off me and my parents’ shoulders and allowed me to focus entirely on my singing competition,” she wrote.

Taylor, who will be showcasing her talent on the global stage, vowed to give her best performance and make Sarawak proud. She expressed deep appreciation for the Sarawak government’s assistance, which she said has made her dream a reality.

“I will carry your faith and support in my heart as I give it my all on this international stage. My goal is not just to do my best but to make Sarawak proud.
